I line the outside circumference of my flower pots with "nasturgums" to "edge" the taller innards". Usually giant zinnias of many colors..
This "Dahalia" amazes me with the rapid, numerous, flowers it produces. I "deadhead" all my flowers despite what some gardeners say..I have found that eliminating the "dead heads" hastens new bud growth. Just fyi..
The "dahlia" is amazing in color or mono. I think mono more so because I can use colored filters in Nik SEFx and it creates an entirely, yet visually "seeing" depending on the sunlight and time of day on my patio. The color is deep purple....Heh sounds like a gud name for a band!

I call this the "Betty Boop" nasturgum because of its "eyelashes".
