I use this

I stick a small divider in it that I bought on Amazon. I can fit 1 m and 2 additional lenses depending how you pack them. Also fits a wind breaker and additional junk in outside pockets.

my currently main carry for 1 body is the peak design 3L. It fits nicely and gives me space in the other divider to add other personal items.

2nd option is the Billingham Hadley small pro 2020 for when I have two bodies.

Nice, I have the Q2 Daniel Craig as well! Haven't seen anyone else with it.

I've got a (discontinued for years) Patagonia Mini-Mass messenger bag that has been an amazing small camera bag. Originally got it in 2007, it was a lateral move from the crumpler 5mdh, when I realized I could drop an insert in there too make it into a discreet camera bag.

Similarly I use a Cocotte Equipment "Fred" messenger bag, which has an optional "Capra" insert for camera gear. These bags are made in my city (Montréal) and they are ubiquitous here; nobody would guess that I have a camera inside. The flap closes with velcro and snaps, and the bag is rainproof; my only complaint is that the insert isn't stiff enough which makes it a chore to get the camera back into the bag with one hand.
