There have been popular IR threads in some of the Gear Talk forums ("Leica & Alternative Gear" comes to mind), and I use a full-spectrum-converted Fuji camera so I've posted them in the Fuji Forum, but I don't see an obvious presentation board for IR/near-IR either. Unless it's an IR monochrome image that could go in "Black & White Photography" of course.
All of my IR work is in monochrome. As such, I've posted them on the Black & White Vision sub forum.
In the past, there have been catchall IR threads, where anyone posts a shot or three at a time. I've always liked such threads as an easy way to catch a variety of photographers, styles and capture wavelengths in one tidy place.
The last one I remember disappeared in an annual archive. If you pull up the search panel, put "Infrared Thread" in the subject and search past years. I found threads for 2025 (mostly one poster) and 2023 (with a few more posters).
Feel free to start a new thread. Just might pull me out of my cave to post more images.
Thanks all, just wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something. I'll post them where they seem most appropriate and go from there.
@rgold1963: I have not seen them on the new tour but I've watched many videos posted on YouTube and will buy their tour DVD if/when they release it. Annika is one of my favorite drummers so I was glad they picked her. It was a good choice, think they sound good and Geddy's voice has more range now then when I saw him last in 2015 live!
I got to see them down in LA on the third night. Absolutley blown away by their performance. I was skeptical about how well it would go but they had more energy and more fun than I have ever seen at one of their shows and I have been to a lot of them! Annika really nailed it. It was the 45th anniversary of the moving pictures show at the Forum that night. One of the hosts asked me a trivia question about it and I realized that I was at that show. I could see exactly where I sat in 1981. Needless to say, I had much better seats this time! They played Moving Pictures in it's entirety. Glad I was able to get to see them again. Never thought it was going to happen.
Incredible man! Love it. Nobody ever thought they would tour again. That's what they always said if they lost a band member. I may not get to see them unless they tour again in the US and that's not going to be till late next year at best. I was hoping to have my 15 year old daughter come with, she's only heard of my stories and seen the band on video. She loves them!
