It's been awhile since I posted or commented. I have seen some of your work these past many months and enjoyed viewing them. I was in a slump , took pictures, but never processed them. Not sure if anyone else has ever gone through a period like that. Hopefully, it won't happen again as I missed the interactions with other photographers.

You still have the the nack, a beautiful and great set, I think we have our moments, especially this time of year, but getting out and getting that shot, regenerates the motivation, look forward to seeing more, like the days.

I think most of us go through rutts and it's just something that happens. Some try changing what they are shooting while others take a break as you have. Don't worry, what happened is normal and you can simply forget about it.
Great photos! Sold my farm in KY a few years back and so miss watching all the little ones. Your images remind me so much of watching the fawns interact with each other and their mommas this time of year!!
