It was HOT! It was HUMID as "h"! My medium sunflower was "seeding"..while the light is just above me..only the top portion of the sunflower was "highlighted". What look like "artifacts" of sharpening are clouds in a very bright sky and flare off the 100mm f2.8 macro lens..the leaves became translucent in b&w..
I purpousefully shot the budding zinnia for depth of the mini flower-etts turning to seed.
I would like more "sheen" to the image..can't find the "slider" combo to do that..Feel free to play...

another angle...yes very noisy...I did use Dfine for noise but it is still noisy

I'm guessing structure is the culprit. Raw file available? And we can handle outside FM if you prefer.

Bob oh yea Bob!!! No doubt..but a "bad" image file also....??
I will send you raw via Sendspace tomorrow...the file is on another computer.....
