For iso, just hold the back wheel down and program that to be your iso button
I also have mine programed so that if I scroll it without pressing it in, it zooms into wherever the cursor is on the screen.

Also id encourage you to take note of the distance scale on the lens. You can train yourself to eye distance if you try
Easy example, if I want a selfie with someone I just set my lens to 0.6 and then extend my arm. Always hits for me
