Same as the 200mm f/2 i am selling separately, i have been using this solely as a manual focus lens on my SL3 with an adapter. It works perfectly in this scenario. I dont own an AF nikon body so i have never used its auto-focus function and cant attest to how well they work or if they even work at all. If you are consider please understand that i am only attesting to its MF focus performance as an adapted lens.
Aperture ring clicks through the full range smoothly. Aperture blades are clean and free of any oil. Front element is clean and has no scratches. There is no filter on the lens. All internal elements are clean and free of fungus. There may be one or two dust particles inside but i am not certain. The manual focus ring is noisy in use when it is being rotated in the M mode, which is the only mode i have used it in but it focuses the lens fine
It comes with rear cap, the Nikon HJ-19 clamp on hood, and a Nikon leather front cover with a draw string. Crucially it comes with the rear drop in neutral glass filter which is a necessary part of the optical chain plus it comes with an additional drop-in filter frame for adding other filters instead of the glass drop-in.
