I bought this lens on this board some time ago when I needed a versatile zoom for FF and not break the bank.
I really lusted for it when I was starting out with photography but back then I could not afford a full frame digital camera so I never did get it. But it was cool, it had IS and the reviews were raving. By today’s standards it is nowhere near that status, but it’s CHEAP.
So get it to try it out!
There is some dust inside, but the glass is otherwise clean. There is no substantial zoom creep when inverted.
