This wasn't in RI was it Rob? They, the Maryland DNR, have found "pet alligators" of about 4-5ft in the Potomac River many years ago.
These creatures are from the "prehistoric era"..so wouldnot surprise me if "he" lived in Rhode Island. "Improvise, adapt, overcome...."
Hope Kenzie is enjoying the summer up there. It has been brutal here!

My "kids" did NOT like Maryland's heat and blistering humidity!
