We built a free photography pricing calculator and wanted to share it here for feedback from working photographers.
It takes about 60 seconds to use — you enter your location (currently covers US, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Italy), photography style, experience level, shoot duration, and what's included in your packages. It outputs a suggested price range with some market context.
The idea was to give photographers a quick benchmark when setting rates, especially when entering a new market or re-evaluating after a few years. A lot of people undercharge early on simply because there's no easy way to see what the market actually looks like.
No cost, no account needed to try it. Would love to hear if the regional data feels accurate — market rates vary a lot and we're continuing to refine the numbers.
