Ah, you are a fellow Weather West follower. (I’ve followed Daniel for years since, if I recall correctly, he was a student at UCD.)
For those who haven’t read the link yet, the gist of it is that it is now extremely likely that this winter’s El Niño event will be very strong and quite possibly historic.
