This was my partner's favorite spot during our week of travel around Ireland. I could have done without the wet weather. You can see the mist best in the first image taken as we approached the cliffs but the rain didn't start to fall in earnest until we got to the very end of the path along the cliffs and then had to double back to the car. I put my camera away at that point. The final, better lit image, was taken from the middle of our time there at a different angle. The weather was changing all the time. I preferred our time at the Blarney Castle and grounds. Highly recommended if you are heading that way. Climbing to the top of the castle and kissing the famous rock was one great thing but the several acres of gardens surrounding the castle were fantastic and not to be missed. If I could have spent more time in any one place it would be either there or Dingle Peninsula. My favorite spot along the Ring of Kerry was the Skellig Gin Distillery.
