Thank you Kent. I appreciate your thoughtful and kind comments. In the present, family event photos such as this generally go unacknowledged and in some case likely not even viewed; maybe a cursory thank you.
But I persist - because I enjoy the moments of capture and thoughts offered by others, especially since not their family, not their kids. Sign of the times and dynamics I guess. As you suggest, perhaps to be appreciated later.

I just attended my aunt's memorial and reconnected with my cousins, which brought back many wonderful memories of our shared childhood. This picture will go down in family history!
