p.1 #1 · Wotancraft ordering tariff questions

Hi everyone, I was looking at getting a bag or two from Wotancraft, but am a bit cautious about the tariff costs that may be added onto the final order bringing it into the US. Has anyone recently bought from them and could post their breakdown of the final cost they paid? If it's within reason (e.g. 20%+ added on), I might just go ahead and put in an order with them, but I wanted to avoid the situation where some people were paying over 50% more. Thanks in advance!

I just added a 10l to cart and added 2 day shipping. It says $49. Will I be hit with an additional $40ish on top of that?

Also, PayPal only?

I don’t do PayPal and $90 in tariffs and shipping are a no go.

Stinks cuz that’s the bag I really want.

I recently ordered the Wotancraft Pilot Travel 3.5 and 7 liter bags from mukama dot com. (That allowed me to pay all charges including the tarif up front to facilitate an insurance claim.) I paid $167 + $251 for the bags, to total $418 including all tarifs and port charges, etc. with free shipping (shipping is free for orders over $300). I don't know if ordering directly from Wotancraft might be cheaper.

FWIW, I really like the 7 liter bag.

You don’t need a PayPal account to use PayPal. You can just use a credit card. In which case PayPal just acts like a payment processor like Stripe.

I’m going back and forth on the wotancraft 7 or 10 and the tariff or just giving in and going peak design.

Never owned wotancraft but the design and aesthetic are speaking to me much more.

Could use a new edc before I go on a short trip with the family.

In the past couple of months I picked up a 3.5 L and 10L Pilots both here on Buy and Sell. Both never used and a bit under retail. I’ve ordered direct from Wotancraft before all this tarrif mess amd shipping was free and no tariffs.
On a similar idea I bought a $5 old tool on Ebay from England. Shipped through some Ebay shipping portal, $5 purchase ended up around $30 with shipping and tarrifs with horrible tracking.

That’s crazy

I ordered the 10l peak design. Rather the wotancraft but I don’t want to spend over $300 on it.
