The lens itself is in flawless condition and it works perfectly. Very sharp. Includes hood, front and rear caps, and the original strap. The hood shows some cosmetic wear from storage/transport (it was always reversed on the lens to protect it).
USA model. I bought it new in April but have realized it will just not get enough use over my 100-500. No original box but I can get you the receipt so you can register it with Canon if you wish (I have not registered it myself).
I am including a Kirk 4.5" plate with two screw attachment points, an anti-twist flange, and a QD socket. It fits the foot perfectly, even better than the 5.25" one that Kirk suggests.

This lens works flawlessly and is very sharp. It includes front and rear caps as well as a JJC hood and the original box. I am selling it for my girlfriend because she upgraded to the 100-500.
The front glass has a few tiny marks the size of dust spots which do not affect image quality or show up in photos at all, even stopped down to f/22 at minimum focus distance. The lens body itself is in good cosmetic condition.
