PLEASE NOTE (SOLD AS-IS / UNTESTED ELECTRONICS):
This kit has been safely sitting unused for more than a decade. The two original included batteries do not hold a charge due to age. Because the batteries are dead, the camera body electronics are completely UNTESTED and the kit is being sold strictly AS-IS. When I put it all away, everything was working flawlessly.
For the buyer looking to restore this beauty:
Professional Rebuild: The batteries can be easily rebuilt with modern cells through places like Key Camera Service in Colorado. I called them on 5/28/26 and spoke directly with Dave, who confirmed they charge $125 per battery with a 5-business-day turnaround (Phone: 303-772-7690). You can also call Rolleiflex.us (~$120–$125 per battery).
Giftly
Modern Li-Ion Option: Alternatively, modern plug-and-play Lithium/USB-C aftermarket battery packs are readily available on eBay for ~$130.
A NOTE ON MY CHANNELS & TRUST (NEW MEMBER):
I am a brand-new member here on Fred Miranda and do not have an established selling history on this forum. Because of this, I am fully committed to making this transaction completely transparent, safe, and comfortable for the buyer:
Strictly PayPal Goods & Services Only: This ensures your purchase is 100% protected by PayPal's buyer safety guidelines. The $2,500 price INCLUDES the 3% PayPal fee, shipping, and insurance.
Live Verification Available: I have already recorded high-resolution overview videos showcasing all the equipment, detailing each piece individually, along with a handwritten note displaying my username and date. I am more than happy to jump on a FaceTime or Zoom call with a serious buyer to show you the gear live.
Bulletproof Shipping Included: The price INCLUDES fully insured shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within CONUS. Adult Signature Confirmation will be strictly required upon delivery to protect us both.
Please feel free to PM me with any questions or to request additional details. Let's get this beautiful, visually perfect kit into the hands of someone who will appreciate it! |
