I sent a lens in to Nikon (California) to be serviced . . . approved the repair and received an email with a link to check on the status of the repair. Whenever I try to use that link (https://repair.nikonusa.com/en/approval/ApprovalLogin ), I keep getting the message "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
I've also tried calling, sat through their long message, and finally left a message.
Anyone have a suggestion on how to check on repair status?

I wonder when did the repair site stopped working for you? My z8 lost its strap lug, I went there today, and it is "under maintenance" without any timestamp or set expectations. So it could be a day, a month, a year
It stopped working a couple of days ago and hasn't worked since. Tried it with different browsers, VPN on and off, etc. Even tried to access it on my iPhone. Not sure what the problem is.
I'm not having the same luck. The repair login is back up, but when I enter my info I'm getting a "login failed" message. Customer service told me earlier today that they couldn't provide an update.
