Purchased this and used it only a couple of times. I'm moving away from the GFX system so slowly sorting through the pieces. Includes the original box - 1 lens cap (pictured) & area adapter only.
Glass is perfect, body shows some wear (see pics) but just cosmetic. This is a beefy adapter and produces awesome results.
