April showers bring May flowers, or so they say. Yellow tulips in color and B&W, which do you prefer? Same photo, same crop, but 2 very distinct looks. Leave your comments below

Both are good Bill yet the B&W is magical

Beautiful composition with lots of fine detail due to great exposure. I'm a fan of B&W conversions, but the color is just a bit more interesting for me. Well done.

Thanks Morris. I am usually a B&W guy but I am so torn between the two.

Thanks Greg. I can't decide if I like one better than the other. I suppose I don't have to pick one over the other and can like both for their own qualities. I does seem to be split pretty equally between the two for likes

Both are great but I prefer the color. It is an unusual, and therefore, more intriguing presentation.

Really beautiful work Bill!

I think the heavy vignette works better with the B&W shot here... maybe if you lifted the vignette just hair higher, so it doesn't enter the top of the uppermost yellow petal of the main subject flower, I'd prefer the color more, but in its current state, it make my eye's whish for more light in the color version for some reason.

Hope that made sense, heh. Either way it is just picking nit's, both are sweet shots, just trying to differentiate between the two.
