The sale includes a used Leica M-E (Typ 240) camera body, with anthracite grey paint finish. This M-E (Typ 240) model was introduced by Leica in 2019 with an estimated limited run of 700-750 units produced worldwide. Sale includes the camera, one OEM battery, one OEM charger, and a Leica camera strap. The reason I am selling is because I have recently purchased a Leica M10-R.
Other related items for sale (see separate post and below) include a Leica M grip, M thumb rest (3rd party) and two brand new BC-SCL2 batteries that were manufactured by Varta for Leica in late-December 2025. One of the batteries for sale will be reserved for purchase by the buyer of this camera on a “first right of refusal” basis.
I purchased the camera - graded as EX+ (Excellent Plus) - from KEH Camera three months ago. In late March, it received a rangefinder adjustment and general cleaning from an in-person visit to Leica Customer Care in Wetzlar, Germany.
The camera performs beautifully and is a joy to use. Price is $3,450 via PayPal G&S and includes insured shipping to CONUS.
However, I have been unable to access that user account despite numerous attempts to change my password and multiple requests for assistance. So, I have created a new account “_Purgei” to post this sale.

For sale are two never-used BP-SCL2 Lithium-Ion Battery Packs from Leica. Price is $235 (each)
These batteries were purchased in early April of this year and are both production date coded 5125 - late December of 2025. (Leica batteries made by Varta are marked with a production date code in week/year format. The first two digits are the “production week” and the last two digits are the “production year.”)
Please note: one of the batteries will be reserved for purchase by the buyer of the camera listed above on a “first right of refusal” basis.
