I often continue to d"develop" photographs long after the trips where I make them. Recently I've have been working on photographs from Southern Utah — particularly Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, and Zion, Capitol Reef, and Arches National Parks.

Lots of excellent work as always. For me no. 6 is the winner, closely followed by no. 1. But I also appreciate the stylistic unity of the set!
Thanks.
I like #1, too, largely for some memories it evokes and because it is in a special, remote, and quiet place.
But I’m really glad you like#6! Of all of these, that is the one that I have worked up into a print, just this week. I thnk it turned out pretty well!
Each are carefully chosen compositions executed superbly.
Autumn Brush and Canyon Trees stand out for me with their beautiful and delicate elements, wonderful color palettes.
Really enjoy seeing these presented with the white matting and matting shapes you have chosen.

Thanks! Someone once said there are only three landscape subjects: water, rocks, and trees. I like all of them, but I’m really drawn to trees. The brush was a serendipitous find. We had not gone to this spot to look for something like that at all.

Thanks. I love #6, too — and it is the one among these that I’ve printed so far.
