p.1 #1 · EOS R8 blinking video recording lamp blinking in a dark room.
While I was recording a performance last night, the access lamp on the back was blinking the entire time. It was very distracting and bright in a dark auditorium, and I ended up having to hold a folded paper over it for 45 minutes, which was not very fun.
I think this is the first time I've recorded video in a dark room. Is it normal for the light to blink the whole time you are recording? Is there any way to turn it off? I can't find a setting for it.
Will have to bring some gaffer tape for next show if I can't figure it out!
