Tried on two macs but unable to update the firmware on the TZM-02 adapter. Tried different cables to ensure that is not the issue but no luck. I dont have a PC to try. Has anyone successfully updated the firmware on tzm-02 using a mac

Emailed techart support but no response. Sigh !
