Tilt/Rotation adapter for the removeable EVF of the GFX 100, 100 II, and 50s. I circled in the first two images where there's a bit of wear from attaching and removing the EVF (as you can see, lighting angle significantly changes how severe it looks, I'd say the reality is somewhere in the middle, maybe a bit toward the less severe one), otherwise in excellent condition. Still works perfectly. Box, papers, little plastic cover for the contacts on the bottom (I can't remember if it originally came with a cover for the hotshoe/top contacts, but if so I've misplaced that one).
