Leica Summicron-R 50mm f/2 2-cam lens in great condition. Focus is smooth and aperture clicks nicely. I don't see any issues with the glass. There are a few specks of dust but they won't affect image quality. Aperture blades are oil-free. Body shows signs of use which amounts to some of the paint having been rubbed off.
Giving the lens a 9 rating as I believe that it is in great condition considering it's age.
According to Leica Camera Forum, this lens was made in 1969.
Lens comes with hood, original front cap, and replacement rear cap.
