The 'Fibonacci Spiral' is probably the most repeated pattern throughout the Universe. It has been called 'the fingerprint of God'.
Even my cat 'Max' instinctively mimics it!

Well I learned something today I never knew Greg.
He looks like he is enjoying the position whatever its name is.

Thanks for the comment, Dan!
The Fibonacci Sequence and resulting spiral are very fascinating. The pattern appears in both organic and inorganic elements of creation (flowers and plants, sea shells, galaxy spirals, wind and water currents, etc.). Bee family ancestry follows the Fibonacci Mathematical Sequence. Falcons and hawks frequently use a flight pattern known as a logarithmic spiral—often specifically a golden or Fibonacci spiral—when diving at prey. And on and on....

Max is pretty good with geometric sequences, but does his compositional skills are a bit lacking.
Greg
Not sure if you know this (you probably do), but the Fibonacci spiral is a composition technique as well that can be derived from the golden ratio. Nice photo in any case!

Thanks Greg! Appreciate you explaining that theory to me.
Sounds like something used in aircraft dogfights or a helicopter spinning out-of-control to crash on land.
