Pentax 645 with Grip, 2 battery packs (original OEM AA, and an aftermarket 9V - same voltage to camera), 120 film cassette & body cap Included are the batteries for both since I shot less than 6 rolls on each battery pack, and my eyes started going bad. So, I moved to the AF 645 NI. Auto metering, and shutter are accurate. There was a black domed piece of plastic that covered the lens release button top to hide the screw (see photo). The glue let go and it fell off somewhere - My fingers are big enough that I didn't need it, but thought it could be a way to customize the body with a wood replacement cover. It is approximately 3/8ths of an inch (0.375) in diameter and sits in a recess. Viewfinder is clear with just a few bits of dust, and a new threaded brass and rubber OEM eye cup is included.
