This was my first ever M lens and I am the original owner. I purchased this lens new from Camera Quest a few years ago. Truth is I almost immediately gravitated toward small, old M lenses and this has sat in its original box for over a year now. This is the single nicest lens I've ever held in my hands from a design and mechanical build standpoint. It's a work of art. The aperture and zoom ring feel superb, nicer than either of my Leica lenses by a good margin. It's the lens I hand to people when I want them to experience how good these M mount lenses can feel in hand.
I am selling it because I am trying to slim down my kit. It's in mint condition and comes with the box and little pamphlet that came with it when new.

This lens is a bit of a catch and release from another member here on FM. I bought it thinking I would leave it in my SL kit just for fun but I never use it so I'm selling it.
As the lens hasn't gotten much use, it is in very good condition. I just cleaned it well and inspected it and the only mark I found is on the focus ring knurling next to the red alignment dot. I will add a photo of it in a follow-up post because it doesn't show in the photos I took. I'm grading it low for that reason but it's pretty darn small.
As you can see I 6-bit coded it to a 50 Summicron and was happy with the results. For anyone not wanting that a little rubbing alcohol will do the trick.
It comes shipped with the round lens hood and the original box.
For anyone interested, I tested this lens alongside my Leica Summarit 2.5 and you absolutely can not tell them apart. This 50mm Color-Skopar is an exceptional lens.

Got your PM, unfortunately I am unable to reply. I was active on the forum 10-12 years ago & I recently tried to login, only to find out my account was deactivated.

Would love to snag the lens, unfortunately I haven't hit 25 posts with this new account so I can't even reply to a PM that was initiated by someone else.
