A couple of questions for you:
1) Is the sender a new member? New members have a quota to fill prior to PM's being allowed.
2) Ask the sender if the PM is in his "Outbox" If so is it highlighted? Orange or grayed out? See below.
Thanks for your input. Sender is established member. This was for a buy and sell listing. I'm assuming positivie intent, so seeing if this "not receving PM's" that were sent is something that happens here. I'm starting to think not and that the seller was not being honest with me.
I’ve been a member for 18 years. I pm’d a member (and tagged the post) about buying a camera minutes after he posted it. After a day I pm’d again and he said that he replied to my previous day message - for which I had nothing in my inbox. He then told me he already sold it. Needless to say I am pretty perplexed as to what happened.
