I’m selling a new, never used Polar Pro Recon matte box kit with the Chroma VND/PL 3-6+ stop filter. The filter has a soft stop at 6 stops for lenses down to 16mm, and then you can push past up to 7.5 stops with a lens at 35mm+.
This is different than your typical matte box because you can use the VND filter independently if you want, and the matte box clips onto the filter. You can also clip on a stage 2 Recon filter to the front of the VND filter with or without the matte box. The kit also includes an adapter that allows you to use stage 2 filters independently without the VND if you want.
This is Polar Pro’s newest, nicest glass technology. The Chroma glass has next to no sharpness reduction or color cast, and it controls light flares and glare much better than other brands.
