On a cold and snowy aftertnoon just playing with some old exposures from quite some moons ago and reprocessing and giving them some imaginative (?) names.
C+C welcome of course,
Anyone recognize an old love among these ??
The dying spirit of a once famous marque rising to the gods ?
Thank you Dan - I too love hood ornaments they were one if the most distinctively creative elements of the '30's to 50's autos I think - much more interesting than 'fins'.
The first image which I think is one of the best such 'ornament's may be the Pontiac 'Silver Streak' of the late 40's (poss. 1948 ?)
I'll take the geese - they are a key sign that the white stuff will be retreating soon and a welcome harbinger of spring.

Wow, these are super fun. Great framing for 1, 2, and 4!
Thank you very much Sir.
I think that one of the really great bits of fun in photography is taking an OK quite interesting image and turning it into a different kind of OK quite interesting image .... after all we cannot all be revealing war photographers or indeed - due to all kinds of valid reasons - match the stunning nature photography that is so well featured here on the Fred Miranda Galleriea - can we ?
