Some grabs around the house with a new lens
p.1 #1Some grabs around the house with a new lens
Winter has happened again here, of course that is perfectly normal when I get a new lens
Just a few florals to experiment with a Viltrox 135 f/1.8, always wanted to play with that focal length in an f/1.8.

Vert nice florals Karl!
Congrats on the new photographic tool. It seems more color neutral than my SY 135 which runs a little warm toned. The subject isolation is addictive, especially when you have to deal with unpleasant backdrops. They make a dandy semi macro substitute at longer working distances too. Looking forward to more from you with this combo.

Nice use of your new lens, Karl.
That looks like a head and shoulder portrait dream lens. The bokeh really looks nice and smooth -- and it's obviously a sharp lens.
Much like my much loved, but little used Olympus 75mm f/1.8 -- I'll never part with it.
