I purchased this camera from a dealer in North Carolina around Thanksgiving believing it would get me back into shooting film, but ultimately I prefer the SLR experience of my Nikon F3 and Hasselblad 501c.
The shop owner told me it was CLA'd and I believe him because the camera takes the modern batteries properly (voltage check lines up) and I can't imagine why someone would have that service performed but not have the camera maintained. Also, all shutter speeds are accurate and the light meter performs beautifully (I recently used it to shoot a roll of E100 without issue!).
Cosmetically it's in great condition - the top plate in particular is beautiful. There are a few cosmetic blemishes here and there, but I would rate this body 9/10. Please inspect the images carefully - around the lugs there's some contour to the metal, but I can't tell if this was for installing the lugs or not. The edges are in great shape so I very seriously doubt this camera was ever dropped. The bottom plate has some bright marks and mild surface scratches (very low, given the age!).
The viewfinder frame lines are bright and crisp. The rangefinder patch has some very minor discoloration at the center (looks like a reverse vignette?) but is still very contrasty and sharp. I've done my best to capture it, but I can take more images if you like.
I'll throw in a mystery roll or two of film to get you started
