This has been a passion project of mine to find a fully working TTL flash system for my TTL-enabled classic film Hasselblads: the 503cx and 503cw.
This Hasselblad Pro flash is the rebranded Metz Mecablitz 45 CL-4, with built-in Hassy TTL module. These are hard (but not impossible) to find in fully working order. What is rare though is finding the Y-cable which connects the flash to the TTL port.
These Y-cables were made of fragile plastic, which means that for years every ProFlash I was able to find came without one. Usually they're only sold with a basic sync port cable. Well... this one comes with both cables! As far as I know, this is the only fully working ProFlash on the Internet
The Y-cable is in rough shape and somewhat fragile, but it works (I tested it with my bodies). My plan was to restore/fortify it, but due to life changes (parenthood) I am now realizing that someone else may enjoy it instead.
By the way, this flash is also a thyristor flash, i.e. it works with any camera in fully automatic mode via the PC sync cable. I used it with my Bronica GS-1 medium format system, and with the Fuji X-T3 mirrorless.
