But try 1k on ebay. So im guessing 750 is better than that.
I am so tempted to use it.
I never even remember buying it. I was cleaning out some stuff the other day from storage and I came across it. Needless to say, I was surprised and excited with my find.
Found a bunch of leica ir cut filters as well. So, Im Guessing I have had this stuff since my original M8.
Jorge, you mean that wonderful National Geo picture taken without autofocus, computerized in-camera processing, stratospheric shutter speeds, and CMOS sensor
Terrific lens from a frankly less confusing photographic era. GLWS!
Interesting that it came in the box with the modern-style pinch-cap: I thought those came out in the mid-2000's? By the serial number, it's a fair bit below the SIC transition (1043xxx to 1053938) which I assumed would have been the last year of manufacture (2005).

i looked around for all my lens caps. the only lens cap i found that matches the one you describe is 58mm. So its not for the 105. What you see in the pics is what was in the box and still is.
