Comes with aftermarket extras: lens hood, lens case and arca-swiss compatible foot.
There's a few normal light usage marks on the hood. Otherwise, I can't see anything. See pics below.

This is a very good lens. Don't let the f/11 scare you. For what the seller is asking, it's a no brainer since the Canon store is selling this lens refurbished, for $879.99 + tax...
