The lens is in great condition but has perimeter separation, not uncommon in these earlier samples. It's only about 1/8" on the border so shouldn't effect the images. a 40mm .12 and a 16mm 2.5 Luminar lenses in excellent condition with perfect glass and aperture. The shutter is accurate and has a Linhof RMS to C-mount adapter for the Luminars to fit a large format camera. These little lense can also be adapted to mirrorless with a C-mount to your mount adapter. See Flickr for some luminar images, stunningly close up shots with great bokeh, but specialized, without a focusing rail you'll be limited to a very narrow focus range.
