p.1 #1 · Any luck with AGS (Analogous) Supply? Leica Q3 Grip/Baseplate
Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone has had any success in actually being able to purchase one of AGS (Analogous) Supply's grip or baseplate for either your Leica Q2 or Q3?
I've reached out to the company with no success (Facebook and Email) and of course checking the 2nd hand market and not only can't find anything anywhere, but not even really historically being sold hardly at all.
I know there are other great alternatives like IDS or even Owlkrown's new grip.... but for personal design obsessive compulsive reasons am trying to get an AGS version.
And yeah I've posted a WTB here and searched thick and thin on Ebay and FB Marketplace........ I was just more curious if anyone ACTUALLY has this stuff (besides the dot replacement) and your experience/how you got it.

I was looking at this for my Q3 43, signed up for the emails. Upon receiving the early access email I wavered on buying for a couple hours and by the time I checked again it was completely sold out. This was for the newer version with the grip. Unfortunately they didn't have pics of each material/color for the grip which gave me pause and ultimately why I missed the window. I've been signed up for alerts ever since and have not received one of them restocking as of yet. Went with the Helium and am pretty happy with it but see the appeal of the AGS aesthetics.

Thanks for the heads up! Do you remember when that window had opened?
And yeah there's no way I would pay that much $$$ not being able to see the product photos. They have some great ones up there now, which is why I'm interested .

Looks like my email shows it being late night 11/19/2025. I wish they would explain the difference between canvas and paper micarta. I looked up on my own but a closeup of the difference in texture would be appreciated at the prices they are asking.

I got lucky and bought mine directly from the official website when it was first released in November last year. I’ve also used the IDS version before and think both are excellent products, but I find the Analogous version cleaner in design and prefer its feel in the hand. In addition, on the IDS version, the screw that connects the camera to the base plate tends to come loose very easily, and I’ve had this issue on both the Q3 and the M11.

Oh nice glad you snagged one! Which style grip did you go with? Any pics? I do like how you could swap out grip styles like IDS.

Here are the photos I have on hand. Mine is Brass (Patina) with Black Canvas Micarta. I also picked up the Paper Micarta (Black & Midnight Blues), but I still think the original black looks better.

I have one of those for M10-R when I ordered (maybe 2023). I quite like it. Good quality, ergonomic and minimalism style.
However, I think it's a bit overpriced, I wouldn't buy another one for my Q3/43

AGS Supply makes a grip for the M10R? I thought just IDS (and a few others) did.

Sorry my bad, it was kamerakraft
Equally good and long waiting and expensive Malick80 wrote:

Kamerakraft put me off with a grip for my M11-P. It arrived with some of the protective felt on the bottom torn (to be fair it is a thin piece), I reached out and he said he would send me a replacement piece and I never received anything. Not a great experience for the price.
I bought the Helium Labs grip for my Q3-43 since I missed the AGS and really like the way it feels in hand, though it does not look as sleek as other grips. Debating picking up their grip for the M11-P but I have heard many people who like the Q3 grip do not like the M11 grip from them due to the angle of the thumb grip.

That is exactly what I'm looking for, looks really good. Appreciate you sharing.
Could not reply via PM yet, so I'm responding here instead. And yes, I'll definitely let you know first.
It seems like they didn't produce many of these, or maybe everyone who has one keeps it under the radar. Either way, I think it's genuinely a great product.

I also have the Kamerakraft grip for my M11-P. As you said, the thin piece on the bottom to prevent scratches feels poorly made (unlike the rest of the grip) and is a dust magnet. Somehow, the ergonomics don’t work well for me either, and I’m not sure if others feel the same.
I’m also glad to hear your thoughts on the Helium M11 grip first, as I was originally planning to get one.
