Back in September I took a trip into Rwanda's Volcanoes National Park to see the mountain gorillas. It's quite a trip just to get into the area, and then hiking for a couple hours which varies in difficulty depending on how the group is feeling.'
This was the second time I've got to visit the gorillas, the first was in Uganda. Each with their pros and cons though I think I would lean towards Uganda if I ever got the chance again.
Taken with my Z8 and mainly the 70-200/2.8, occasionally 400/4.5.
What an experience, my daughter has seen them in Uganda and said she did not have to do any difficult hiking. I have been to Uganda several times but only go to Murchison Falls Wildlife refuge each time. Numbers 1 & 2 are amazing. Bruce
