A very wise decision! We don't need many things for a comfortable life. However, we've already gone far beyond the BBF. Nevertheless, the conversation was interesting. Thank you!
I enjoyed discussing with you as well. I am always grateful for such things.
Whe one reaches a certain stage in life where he can afford to buy pretty much anything reasonable, and most things unreasonable, there is for sale, he must resist doing so for the good of his own soul. The rush from new acquisition is as short lived as a crack high. For me joy comes from doing, not buying or owning.

In fact, my camera inventory began to expand because of one thing: the constant freezing of a couple of my M11s—a problem Leica couldn't solve. Up until that point, I'd been happy with a couple of M9s, a couple of M240s, a couple of M10s, and a couple of M10-Rs. I started looking for replacements from other manufacturers. After trying almost everyone, including Nikon and Canon, I settled on the ones I've already described. I'll likely be cutting back on my camera inventory in the foreseeable future. I understand that I don't need that much
