As a Westerner, I receive similiar "looks" from not only "holy people" but any indigenous peoples I encountered. That is fine.

Hi Dan. He did seem a bit hesitant when I asked him if I could come inside of the temple. There is also considerations that as a foreigner, I may not be welcome into their inner sanctum.
