p.2 #6 · Poll: Should we consider changing the forum name?
I like the name.
We could add a banner that reads, "Please dispose of your hazardous developing chemicals at your local HHW disposal center like a responsible human being." Is that too tree-hugger preachy?

Keep "Film is not Dead". I actually also like this title. Nothing wrong with it. So far a very good and supportive forum. More quality posts here than in other forums.

But that would discriminate against those who shoot slides.
Yeah, as someone who shot slide film exclusively for 30 years I thought about that but not many people shoot slide film anymore: basically you've got Ektachrome and the occasional roll of Velvia and Provia that costs more than some of my cameras. A few B&W reversal options as well.

Oooooh! Merch opportunity! Because that would make a great bumper sticker.
I think it's already been done -- I spotted that slogan a couple of years ago, it was a sticker attached to the laptop of one of the technicians at the lab I go to for colour film developing. He had a bunch of other film-related stickers on that laptop, I wish I had taken a photo of it. He's long gone from there, not sure where he ended up but labs in my town seem to have a lot of turnover. It's certainly not a job I could ever envision doing myself.

All the good bumper sticker ideas are probably taken.

I vote for keeping the name as it is @Fred Miranda
but as a sidenote, one thing that's always confusing me is how the Post your recent film shots! thread is both in the "Film Is Not Dead Forum" as well as in the "Leica & Alternative Gear" one at the same time.
