p.1 #1 · Best tripod for Canon 600mm f/4 IS II that quickly goes to ground level and back up?

I use a ground pod ( with a Benro ball head ) and a Gitzo GT 3530 LS. I keep switching between ground-level shooting and the tripod as needed. All said and done, nothing beats the stability of the tripod when it’s splayed flat on the ground. The problem, though, is the constant back-and-forth collapsing and extending...especially with a heavy 600 mm lens and my R5 II with the grip. It’s not very user-friendly. I’m just curious to see if anyone has a different approach or setup idea that’s less cumbersome than my current one.
