I like them. You are getting considerably better at your lighting and posing. But I always prefer of a few where the subject directly faces the camera lens, maybe a few more nearly so, and then shots similar to what you posted. I have always felt that casual poses are great, but a few looking at the camera lens (viewer) is good to have too. This is what others should see when you are having a direct conversation with them in the same light.

Noted. I’ll do some of those in the next one. Possibly this weekend.
There’s actually one from this session but the light was a little too dark on my left. I moved too far from the reflector.
