Price: $3,200.00 Payment method: PayPal Item condition: 9+ Shows little or no signs of wear
I’m offering my Leica M9-P body only with the CCD ID11 sensor, fitted with anti-corrosion protective glass. This is the desirable late replacement sensor, known for stability while retaining the classic Kodak CCD color rendering.
Shutter : 14k
Condition:
• Excellent condition 9+
• Sensor is clean, no corrosion, no issues
• All functions working perfectly
• Cosmetically very clean with only minimal signs of use
Included:
• Original Leica battery
• Original Leica charger
• Body only (no box or papers)
I thought the late, desirable updated sensors in Leica M9/M9-P bodies are generally referred to as CCD ID15 and CCD ID16, not ID11. Has the sensor been replaced or updated to these by Leica?
It has anti corrosion glass so there is no corrosion . If there is corrosion I’d take a return for full

Can OP please clarify if the sensor glass was actually replaced, or is he assuming it was because he assumed that ID 11 prevents corrosion. Leica replaced the sensors twice actually, with the first replacement still causing corrosion.
Exactly as you said Nocc wrote:
The way I read it is OP had a third-party cover glass repair to alleviate the corrosion issue, but would be good to confirm.
Hi, Any idea of when you'll be selling? I remember the camera and it's former condition. Similar now? I need an M9-P like a hole in the head, but some of my most vibrant photos were taken with the one I had years ago. Thanks, David
I had a 3rd party sensor fix by Kolari on my m9M and when I sent to Leica to get the rangefinder adjusted, the glass thickness made the sensor out of spec where they could not adjust the focus for me. So I can't get a perfectly adjusted Leica. Beware of purchasing 3rd party fix.
How off are they ? I know someone can help fix that iammikeallen wrote:
