The threaded 3/8"-16 mount MC-34 Carbon Fiber Monopod from Really Right Stuff is a 4-section monopod with black-anodized, CNC-machined aluminum parts. With the combination of carbon fiber tubes and machined aluminum, the monopod gains a higher load capacity—50 lb—than other conventional monopods on the market. You can disengage the twist-lock leg system all at the same time with a quarter turn to extend all the sections to a maximum height of 63" and to collapse them to a length of 21.6". The rubber foot on the end of the monopod prevents it from sliding on smooth surfaces, but a Rock-Claw or Foot Spike is available separately for use on rough terrain.
Used for one season and has been sitting ever since. Condition is conservative . . . Has a few small supreficial scuffs (see photos) but perfect structurally. I have the original box, manual and allen wrench. Great for larger lenses or low light/action photography that involves long periods focussed on your target (sports/birding/wildlife . . .).
