I have upgraded to an external NAS unit so no longer using this external HDD. Currently configured as JBOD but can be reconfigured in any number of different RAID configurations. Used only sparingly for backups from time to time and has never been continuously used for extended periods. Functions 100% as new.
The WD My Book Duo 20TB 2-Bay USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 RAID Array features two 3.5" drive bays that each sport a 10TB hard drive to provide a total capacity of 20TB. The My Book Duo comes with a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port, plus a USB-C to USB-A cable.
Other notable features include a 2-port USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 hub, which expands the host system's connections, and AES 256-bit hardware encryption that helps prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data. In addition, the My Book Duo is pre-formatted in NTFS for Windows systems and requires a reformat for use with Mac.
