Norm,I don't know what all the fuss is about. I always wondered why people would link to the flikr digital dumpster when they can simply add an image to their post right from their own computer folders. It's so simple. When you reply to a post, do not use the Quick Reply box, but rather just hit the 'reply' link at the lower right of the previous post in the thread. There you add your text and right below that you select your image upload. Starting a new thread is the same. Game over.

Now they got stingy and maxed the resolution. They want a $ubscription like 99% of services today

It's beause FM has a 1.4mb limit where as Flickr linking did not. But, now Flickr limited free accounts to a smaller resolution so there is no real free solution

If your pictures are over 1.4 MB, you are doing something seriously wrong.

There are some who post nice, large composites or stitched pictures that surpass that limit. I haven’t run into issues at 1.4mb, but others have complained about it.
