I'd rate this a 9+ except that there is a conspicuous speck of dust under the front element. I don't know when it showed up, and I can't get it to appear in photos (if you get it and do, I'll accept a return if you show me the photo).
Hood has rub marks in one spot and tiny wear marks on the edge in another.
