Fuji’s 200/2 is an XF lens and as such has a too short flange focal for the GFX, so it’s a non-option. If you want a fast 200mm lens that is adaptable, look to Canon EF or Nikon F/G.

The Canon 200 f/2 and Leica Summicron R 180 are both quite nice on GFX sensors, if bokeh with high center sharpness/heavy vignette, or simply maximum light gathering is what you're looking for.
Anything else, I'd suggest less hefty lenses.

For those who don't have a Nikon 200/2, I have seen several reports that the new Laowa 200mm f/2 lens works well on a GFX body with a Fringer adapter. I have not tried it, but I am tempted.

I recently bought the Laowa 200 f2 and used the fringer to adapt. Auto focus is quick, accurate and tack sharp.

Canon EF 200 1.8 works surprisingly well on the GFX100II with a fringer adapter... but it's a nightmare to carry.

I got one of those back in the early 1990s, with the original EOS 1 35mm film camera bodies (and the 17-35 and 80-200 f/2.8 lenses.) What a great lens, albeit stupid heavy and expensive. Kinda wish I hadn't sold it 25 years ago :-) but I needed the money.
